How a trip is assembled

Shop, then fulfill, then take care.

  1. 01 Shop

Duffel and Amadeus (and Kiwi for the weird routing) return offers. Hotelbeds and Rapid return rooms. Avinode returns a jet that can actually fly the distance.

  2. 02 Fulfill

NDC issues an Order. A GDS writes a PNR and a queue tickets it. A broker confirms the tail number. A bedbank sends a voucher. None of these are the same object.

  3. 03 Care

Sherpa before you board, Open-Meteo the week of, Allianz if the ankle goes, Twilio when the driver is in arrivals, Grok when the day needs rewriting.

Stack recipes

Leisure OTA

Duffel or Amadeus for air, Hotelbeds + Rapid for stays, Viator for days, Mozio for the airport, Stripe or Adyen to take money, Sherpa before you ticket, Allianz at checkout. xAI as the concierge sitting on top of the offers you actually hold.

Luxury house

NDC via Travelport/Duffel for long-haul business, Avinode + a broker (PrivateFly/ACS) for jets and helis, Mews/Cloudbeds for the boutiques you actually know, Bokun for private guides, Wise for paying local suppliers, Grok to write the daily brief.

Mobile super-app

Kiwi + Duffel for flexible air, Booking Demand or Rapid for stays, Google Places + Open-Meteo + Frankfurter as the free sensory layer, Twilio WhatsApp for day-of, Mapbox for a branded map, OpenSky as a flourish. Keep GDS enterprise until the booking volume pays for it.

Keys you paste here stay in this browser. Tropica does not forward them to vendors from this demo — live booking still needs the production contract those keys imply. xAI is the exception: it is injected by the platform, never collected in this form.
